Which platforms do AlgoDeers bots work on?
Our bots currently operate on cTrader/cAlgo and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Each bot page specifies the supported platform version. For other platforms, please get in touch with us. We can create an algorithm on demand for different platforms.
Can I use AlgoDeers bots for any symbol or market?
Our bots are fully customizable for any symbol or timeframe. We have some ready-to-use products that are optimized for specific symbols. If you would like to trade another symbol, you can benefit from our Optimization-as-a-Service (OaaS) and make your bot ready to trade your desired symbol. Please check your broker’s commission and swap structure before trading.
Do AlgoDeers bots guarantee profits?
No algorithm can guarantee returns. We provide transparent backtests, optimization reports, and continuous support, but trading always involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Why doesn’t AlgoDeers offer short-term software trials?
Short-term trials, such as 7 to 14 days, are statistically misleading in systematic trading. A trading bot is designed to navigate full market cycles, including natural periods of drawdown, consolidation, and outperformance.
A brief trial captures an arbitrary, random slice of market noise, generating false certainty or unwarranted panic. AlgoDeers anchors its validation on comprehensive, tick-data backtests across multi-year cycles to prove long-term mathematical viability.
Does your algorithm use grid or martingale strategies?
No. AlgoDeers software completely rejects loss-averaging, grid building, and martingale sizing models.
Every position executed by our engines uses explicit, volatility-adjusted stop losses and take profits. Risk exposure dynamically steps down during equity drawdowns rather than scaling up, helping reduce the risk of catastrophic account liquidation.
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods are available?
You can use one of the following methods while purchasing via our website.

Can I use AlgoDeers bots on multiple accounts?
Each license is typically valid for one trading account. For multiple accounts, please contact us for multi-license packages.
Do you offer refunds or trials?
Due to the digital nature of trading software, refunds are not available after activation. However, we occasionally provide copy trading strategies for certain bots.
How can I get help if I face issues?
Our bots are tested on live accounts before going public for flaws or bugs. If you need help, you can contact our support team by email or through our website for technical assistance, setup help, or strategy customization. We are ready to help you.
