THE MATRIX BRAIN
Why does the Matrix Brain stay silent during certain market conditions?
The Matrix Brain trades only when its configured entry conditions are met. Depending on the asset and configuration, it may go for extended periods without opening a position. A quiet period is not necessarily a fault, but it does not guarantee that losses will be avoided. Trade frequency varies with market conditions and the selected configuration.
How does AlgoDeers handle structural shifts?
Matrix Brain uses rules that consider factors such as direction and volatility before entering a trade. Its filters and risk controls can cause it to reduce exposure or stand aside under certain conditions. They cannot identify every market change in advance or prevent losses. We review strategy behavior over time and test proposed changes before deployment.

Who are AlgoDeers bots designed for?
They are designed for both experienced traders seeking automation and beginners who want to trade with discipline and consistency. Each bot includes adjustable risk parameters and clear deployment guidance.
Which platforms do AlgoDeers bots work on?
Supported platforms depend on the product. Matrix Brain is available in configurations for cTrader, MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8. The native cTrader cBot and Matrix Brain Cloud are different products with different operating requirements. Check the individual product page and confirm your platform, broker, account type and instrument with us before purchase.
Can I use AlgoDeers bots for any symbol or market?
No single configuration is validated for every symbol or timeframe. Our ready-made products are designed for the instruments and configurations stated on their product pages. A different instrument may require separate development, data, broker-compatibility checks and testing. Futures contracts also require attention to expiry and rollover.
Do AlgoDeers bots guarantee profits?
No algorithm can guarantee returns. We provide transparent backtests, optimization reports, and continuous support, but trading always involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Why doesn’t AlgoDeers offer short-term software trials?
A short trial may not include enough trades or market conditions to evaluate a low-frequency strategy. We therefore provide the available historical and testing information for each product and explain its limitations. Backtests and simulations are useful for evaluation, but they cannot establish future profitability or reproduce every live execution condition.
Does your algorithm use grid or martingale strategies?
Matrix Brain is not designed as a grid or martingale system. Its position protection, sizing and exit behavior depend on the selected configuration and platform. Positions normally use stop protection, while some strategies use an algorithmic exit instead of a fixed take-profit order. Please review the specific configuration before trading.
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods are available?
You can use one of the following methods while purchasing via our website.
Credit Cards / Debit Cards: We accept major international credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. Please check if your card is enabled for internet shopping and check your limits for virtual cards.
Bank Transfers: You can transfer money directly from your bank account to our corporate bank account. Please select the correct currency and IBAN, and use the SWIFT code to avoid any errors. Keep in mind that wire transfers can take a few days for the funds to reach our account and complete your purchase process.
Cryptocurrency: We accept fiat currencies for payment. If you wish to pay with crypto, please email us, and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
Do you provide installation or deployment support?
Absolutely. After your purchase, we assist you in deploying the bot on your trading platform, ensuring settings are correct and your broker connection is stable. For any assistance requirements, you can contact us.
What do I need to run a bot?
Requirements depend on the product. Matrix Brain Cloud generates decisions remotely, but your trading platform and execution client must remain running and connected. For unattended Cloud operation on cTrader, MT5 or NinjaTrader 8, we recommend an always-on VPS. The separate native cTrader cBot may be eligible to run in cTrader Cloud without a customer VPS. You also need a compatible broker account, the required market data and appropriate account permissions.
Can I use AlgoDeers bots on multiple accounts?
A license or API key is linked to the account number agreed during setup. Contact us before using another account or running independent configurations across multiple accounts so we can confirm the required licensing and setup.
Do you offer refunds ?
Due to the digital nature of trading software, refunds are not available after activation.
How can I get help if I face issues?

BESPOKE BOT DEVELOPMENT
What is bespoke bot development?
If you have a unique trading strategy, our team can design, code, and optimize a fully custom bot that reflects your idea, from logic to money management and error handling.

How can I request a custom bot?
Please fill out the Strategy Submission Form first, then schedule a call with us. We will assist you with hassle-free onboarding.
How is bespoke bot pricing determined?
Pricing depends on complexity. It typically starts from $1,000 for simple systems and goes higher for multi-module adaptive bots with advanced regime detection.
There is a cost estimator on our website. A detailed quotation follows the first consultation.
Can I get exclusivity for my custom bot?
Yes. Bespoke bots are 100% exclusive to you and never resold. You will receive the compiled file and, optionally, the source code with an additional cost under an NDA.
Do you offer ongoing optimization or upgrades?
Yes. Through our Optimization-as-a-Service (OaaS) program, we continuously refine parameters using live market data to help keep your bot performing under evolving conditions.
BROKERS AND PLATFORMS
What should I consider when choosing a broker?
Choose a broker with low spreads and commissions, fast execution, no restrictions on Expert Advisors or cBots, reliable customer support, and proper regulation. For the Matrix Brain - Ninja Trader option you can use NT own broker or any allowed broker for the platform. Using NT8 with an external broker may require additional subscription at NT8 side. Please check broker lists for each platform before you buy.
Do AlgoDeers bots work with all brokers?
No. The broker must support the chosen platform, instrument, market data and automated order types. Symbol specifications, execution rules, fees and account structure can differ. We check compatibility during onboarding, but results can still differ between brokers and between simulation and live trading.
Can I run multiple NinjaTrader strategies on the same futures instrument?
Strategies trading the same futures instrument in one NinjaTrader account share a net account position; they cannot maintain independent long and short positions in that account. Our NT8 configuration is designed for one direction at a time per instrument. We recommend separate accounts when configurations need independent exposure or position lifecycles.
What happens when a futures contract rolls over?
Futures contracts expire and must be moved to a later contract. Symbol mapping, market data and any open position need to be checked around rollover. An open position is not automatically guaranteed to transfer to the new contract. We recommend reviewing the rollover plan with us and your broker before trading a futures configuration.
Can you recommend specific brokers?
We do not endorse specific brokers publicly, but we can provide private recommendations based on your region and strategy requirements.
BOTS AND PARAMETERS
Can I adjust the risk level of a bot?
Yes. Each bot includes customizable position sizing parameters for clients. You can adjust them according to your risk appetite and trading capital. We assist you during deployment.
What timeframe should I use?
Each bot is optimized for a specific timeframe, for example, 1-minute for scalpers or 10-minute for trend bots.
You can experiment with others, but results may vary from the optimized setup. Each symbol behaves differently across different timeframes, so there is no single correct answer for this question.
Can I see performance reports before purchase?
Yes. Each bot page includes verified performance reports with transparent parameters and time periods.
Do bots include AI or regime-switching logic?
Some advanced versions integrate adaptive modules that adjust their parameters automatically to changing market regimes, including volatility and momentum levels. Details are always listed in the bot’s description.
